WHAT IS ACCESS BARS?

Have you ever had an emotional reaction to small things or tend to overthink a lot? Yup… I’ve been guilty of that too. 

 

We allow our thoughts, emotions and feelings to get the best of us and we are constantly living in the past. When we experience something unfavorable (Breakup, loss of a job, etc.) our wonderful mind doesn’t want to experience the pain again and it will create limiting beliefs and defense mechanisms to prevent you from experiencing this situation again. If you were heartbroken you might have a new limiting belief that love never lasts, being vulnerable is bad, I’m not enough, and I’m not lovable. Everyday you are telling yourself these limiting beliefs and they are being reflected to you. You perceive yourself, others and events based on these limiting beliefs. You live your life wearing the “I’m not good enough” sunglasses and all you see are people and situations that support that. You react as someone who isn’t good enough. You act as someone who isn’t good enough. You feel like someone who isn’t good enough.

Access Bars gives the mind a hard reset. It reboots the mind and helps release limiting beliefs you have about yourself, money, health, love, relationships, career and more. There are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different aspects and areas of life. They are lightly touched that effortlessly release thoughts, ideas, beliefs and emotions that are preventing you from being the best version of yourself and living your best life.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The practitioner will place their fingertips on different points of the head for a few minutes to activate and release any junk in the brain (Limiting beliefs, thoughts, feelings and emotions). There are 32 unique points the practitioner will be activating:
