Access Bars (In-Person)
Release ideas, beliefs, thoughts and emotions by "rebooting" the mind
Service Description
Access Bars allow you to be more aware and present so you do not identify with your thoughts, emotions, and feelings. It "reboots" the mind by gently activating 32 points on the head and quickly releasing any ideas, beliefs, thoughts & emotions preventing you from being the best version of yourself. For example, if you have knee pain that never seems to disappear, you probably have a belief/story attached to it. You identify as someone who has knee pain. Access Bars release that belief/story so your body can take care of business and heal your knee. Access Bars can help with: ◾Increased sense of peace and relaxation ◾Less reactive to situations that would have usually been upset by ◾Increase in joy and happiness ◾Mental clarity, motivation, and problem-solving capacity ◾Reduced PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms ◾Reduced physical symptoms in the body During the session, you will relax on a massage table. At the same time, I gently place my fingertips on different areas of your head to activate the centers. You may experience other sensations in your body, such as twitching, energy surges, temperature changes, and more. Sometimes, you don't feel anything at all. All are normal. Usually, people will notice a difference when they are living their best life and notice they aren't bothered by things that used to trigger them. This service is only available for in-person sessions. Questions? Email me at samantha@leveluphealing.net
